Please remember when filling out a result sheet ALL fields must be filled in correctly with your team name,oposition
team name, date and what division the match was played.
Also ensure EVERYONE has signed their particular game, this is to prove that you have accepted that game and
result.
The Result sheets must be handed in to the HEDCA club by the following Tuesday at 9pm or faxed on 02392 527586.
